These terms govern access to Bouncepad’s web app, mobile app, and related podcast and live-stream listener features.
Accounts and Access

A Bouncepad account is required to use the mobile app and to access authenticated features on web.
•
You must be at least 16 years old to register a Bouncepad account.
•
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any third-party sign-in method you use.
•
You may not impersonate other people, abuse usernames, or attempt to bypass account restrictions.
Acceptable Use
•
Do not use Bouncepad to harass users, evade moderation, scrape the service abusively, or interfere with platform availability.
•
Do not upload or post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content through comments, profile fields, or reports.
•
We may suspend or remove accounts, content, or access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Content and Availability
Bouncepad helps users discover podcasts, episodes, and live streams that may be sourced from third-party feeds and services. Those third-party publishers remain responsible for their content. Bouncepad may change, limit, or discontinue features, data sources, or integrations at any time.
User Content and Moderation
If you submit comments, reports, profile content, or other material to Bouncepad, you give us the rights needed to host, display, moderate, and remove that material to operate the service. We may review or remove user content to address abuse, safety, legal requests, or policy violations.
